Mediocre developers. Low pay and hard to move up. Work is not challenging lots of functional web apps. HR is corrupted my coworker and I have encountered very rude, disrespecting scrum masters or managers but HR did not do anything. Demotivated and depressed to work here. I am not recognized for tech skills but networking skills. Also I was being monitored and micromanaged all the time.

You get lots of facilities. Fidelity take care of women security very well. Along with technology you get to learn financial domain. If you get right team with right project It will be a boon.

Cons

Since security is given at most importance,any work to be done require raising lot of access permission. You to do any work it takes lot of time.If your team is bad or your manager is not understanding you will suffer
