      Autonomy: No micromanagement. This is a company built on action, ownership, and entrepreneurial drive. You’re trusted to make decisions and move fast. Fun: You’re not selling restaurant tech or HR SaaS. You’re working with music festivals, sports teams, amusement parks, and immersive experiences. It’s hard not to be excited about what we do. Partners: Our partners are incredible—creatives, visionaries, and operators from some of the most interesting corners of entertainment. No prospect meeting ever feels dull.

      Cons

      Everyone says they want to join a “rocket ship startup.” Well—this is one. But that comes with the responsibility of building processes from the ground up, pushing hard, and delivering real results. I thrive in this kind of environment fast-paced, high-impact, and creatively demanding. If you're looking for a traditional 9-to-5 with rigid structure and little room for creativity or entrepreneurial thinking, this probably isn’t the place for you.
