- working in the entertainment industry with big IPs - team mates are great - learn lots and given responsibility and autonomy

Cons

- company culture is non-existent - short term wins prioritised over long term vision - very poor pay

Cool Work Environment Variety of work spaces Meet cool and talented people/musicians

Cons

No way to move up unless you have lottery winning luck. Would rather hire outside than build the talent they have up. Too redundant and stale with programs or “entities” If you’re in a “smaller” market the level of oversight varies and leadership is lacking. Started to discount their roles and good luck getting any notable rewards for great work done.
