      Great company with a lot of great policies, involved and worried with the environment and to promote a better society. Great people and great professionals in all areas. A excellent company to improve your career and grow

      Pros

      The flux of decision taking is very fast as there is no multinational structure so no need to long wait for approvals. Quite dynamic and empower for the employees.

      Cons

      The overall organization is quite chaotic and there is no paced control over the authority of each department. Everybody is quite independent in his department so interdepartmental collaborations can be tens. Lack of support systems in the day-to-day work. There would be needed an improvement in the operational systems like SAP, financial reports, budget controls in order to reduce errors and quite “rudimental” management.
