The overall organization is quite chaotic and there is no paced control over the authority of each department. Everybody is quite independent in his department so interdepartmental collaborations can be tens. Lack of support systems in the day-to-day work. There would be needed an improvement in the operational systems like SAP, financial reports, budget controls in order to reduce errors and quite “rudimental” management.
