Pros

* Pay weekly * Hiring process quick

Cons

Construction was going on all around the area causing a detour and a 10 minute delay. A security guard working at the gate named Dee decided to block the entry with a cone. Everybody 10 minutes late was turned away from orientation without regard to the circumstance. What all could they have gone over in 10 minutes? In 10 minutes you can’t even confirm everybody photo id, birth certificate and I9. She had a bad attitude and claimed our lateness interfered with TJ’s orientation. We were a part of orientation. What TJ can't handle 10 minutes? I thought you hire Pros. And that’s just how they will treat any other employee working for them. The Grinch Warehouse! The Instead of sending us away she needed to iron her sloppy uniform. It looked like she had been sweating in it for days. She’s in the box acting like she’s the CEO. I don’t know how you let a random guard make the executive decision to turn people away. They had all of our paperwork and just turned us way. Veterans stay away from the trash box.

Pros

Great benefits, a lot of career growth opportunity.

Cons

Too many reorgs. Leadership does not care about ICs concerns. They just let teams die at the whim of their manager. If a manager is bad they would "rather" coach the manager than fix the solution. They fantasize way too much about the executives. People lack a spine to stick up for themselves.

Cons

-Required to perform multiple tasks non-related to dangerous goods, including administrative, loading and unloading non-dg - Pay is equivalent to package handler position - No increase in pay upon completion of dangerous goods education - None/little career advancement opportunities, unless you want to move to Memphis, TN - All additional hours must be approved, even if below 40hrs/week - No disability compensation, hours are limited to 17.5 hrs/week while on 'light- duty' and cannot be exceeded - Poor vacation and sick time benefits (40 hrs per year paid time off, holiday season is blacked out, based on employment seniority so you have to wait your turn)
