Pros
Some employees are really good. You can only count on them. Working hours was quite good. Since you can start early and finish early.
Cons
1. Unfair management. Favoritism at its peak by the managers!!! 2. No career growth no matter the effort that you put. 3. Not confirmed for 1 year 2 months. When asked for the reason manager told it was because of the mc that I took when I was down with covid which is totally rubbish! 4. Only 45 minutes of lunch break and 10 minutes of short break (twice per day). Not allowed to take personal break according to our preference. Management will plot the break and we will need to follow. 5. No salary increment. 6. No OT! 7. Worst working environment! 8. They will threaten to take you down if you do not go up their level for performance. 9. Treated worse than a slave! 10. RM78 performance bonus.
