Where to start. Ahh, the pay. The pay for this job is $16-16.50 depending on your shift. I prioritize the pay because the juice is not worth the squeeze. The will advertise the pay between $16-$24 to entice people without being honest about the pay until after you’re offered the role. Management is a complete joke here you are micromanaged by someone who is a “lifer” and frankly, wouldn’t be competent to be a manager anywhere else. The expectations for this role are hilarious considering the pay. They want a high level of production for very minimal pay. Training is 2 or 3 weeks. And the first week is just you listening to two trainers. After that, good luck. Easily the worst job I’ve ever had and I would highly encourage you to not take this job unless you are completely desperate. Yes, I know, I made a mistake.
