Pros
The job at the time allowed you to work overtime, had great benefits for an entry-level position and all the misc boons of a large company. My hours at the time of employment were flexible.
Cons
The work is labor-intensive and fast paced. This is not aided by a potentially dangerous environment without a true emphasis on safety or regulation. Management did not treat their employees with the bare minimum of respect, often forcing work outside of training and abandoning them if the lack of knowledge was an issue. Managers would consistently lie about potential for upward movement as well.
