Pros

Overall a low stress easy job with KPI's that are relatively easy to hit.

Cons

Pay isn't where it needs to be for this role. You are sales, account management, customer service, and Customer success all in one role. They are also implementing cost cutting measures and have laid off an entire office just because they could. That office was above quota but stock value is worth more than people that put 20 years of there lives into the company.

Pros

Real-world problem solving You work with high-volume data and must identify discrepancies quickly and accurately. Attention to detail Small mistakes can have major consequences in compliance, so you develop strong precision. Analytical thinking You’re constantly interpreting documentation, validating entries, and resolving issues. Exposure to enterprise systems You gain experience using internal databases and workflows in a corporate environment. Process and compliance mindset You learn how large companies maintain standards and follow regulations.

Cons

The training in the beginning had structure, but didn't really make sense in a way. Just be prepared to supplement your learning with other resources.

Pros

Benefits including 401K match, Discounted Flights and culture was good until 2022.

Cons

FedEx has had a good culture until recently since middle management is highly focused on their undergrad level like startup ideas which cause huge losses and no real revenue. Ultimately to get their quarterly bonuses, they eliminate older employees to justify cost savings. FedEx is in a vicious cycle trying to fill jobs with younger people who have no sustainable software development mindset. The outsiders are highly focused on eroding FedEx's long standing foundation and just trying to loot a strong financial company and move on to their jobs with a fake resume of saving costs.
