Fedex express has has good medical benefits for part time and full time and you have the ability to work in many different locations across the US.

Cons

At fedex express they work you really hard and the pay isn't all that good ,management generally speaking is not up to par very bad management at least in south Florida were I have worked.

Pros

- The 4:30am to 8am schedule was surprisingly nice. I enjoyed getting out of work in the early morning and having the entire day to myself. - It's a very physically demanding job, which I really liked. It's like you're getting paid to work out. - Frequent raises and tuition reimbursement (not that I stayed long enough to actually benefit from either)

Cons

A lot of the people who worked at my hub were terrible. For one, the guy training me had gotten into two fights in the one week I was there, one of the other package handlers more or less insulted me for using a step stool, a driver talked down to me like I'm stupid because I couldn't understand his unclear preferences in how he'd like his truck organized, and my manager was unreasonably hard to reach and unforgiving when I had to call out because of "car troubles". In reality I was calling out to go to an interview for another job.

Pros

Fantastic company with a great group of coworkers and upper management! Given a lot of responsibility and freedom to find solutions to issues.

Cons

My manager was ex-military. He was a very good manager, but thought he was still in the service. Sometimes he asked me to do things purely out of spite. When we were shorthanded and I was working 12 hours a day to keep processing equipment orders, I was told I had a "standard workload."
