The benefits are pretty good compared to other companies. The insurance is good. The pension has been changed twice in the last five years, but at least we have one. If you are in the field you have a great opportunity to satisfy your customers. You can build relationships and run your job like it is your own business. There is a no layoff policy, although it is not written in stone. The senior mgmnt. is invisible to people in the field. There is no one looking over your shoulder when you do your job. If you are a courier you are outside most of the time.

There is also an opportunity to work in all states and in many countries around the world ..... The company is expanding in many areas of the world especially China. Many opportunities exist in the southeast asian and asian areas of operations. Promotions to high levels are possible in these areas
