Pros

FedEx Express is a good company that really does strive to care for their people while being profitable. They have particularly taken care of their people with good pay increases and affordable healthcare.

Cons

The biggest con is that the high stress environment they have created. In an effort to be more and more efficient they create so much stress especially for Operations Managers.

Pros

There is no boss over your shoulder and you can go different places all over the city

Cons

They ask you complete a lot of stops according to different time commitments and do not allow for any room for error. They quite often accept failure to push you to do more than what is safe.

Good pay, benefits, shift options (for the most part), if you are a whiner/squeaky wheel they'll bend over backwards to silence your whining.

Cons

Lazy management (don't enforce policies uniformly) Management plays favorites Will work you to the brink of death or injury and ask you to keep working
