very fast paced time flies great upper management good opportunities to advance your career or experience different areas.

Cons

stressful very time hack oriented no union lazy people corporate america (no one takes responsibility for their actions)

Pros

I worked for FedEx Express a little over four years and I must say...they know how to take care of their people! From the pay, benefits, and 401k plan, to the practical training, management, and employees, FedEx truly keeps the employees best interests (and safety) at heart. I literally have nothing bad to say about this company!

Cons

As I mentioned in the "Pros" section: I literally have nothing bad to say about this company! If you land a job with FedEx Express, you'll be in good hands.

Company went from being about people to squeezing every penny of profit they can. Inconsistent management promotions.
