Pros

The insurance is okay. Amount of Vacation days is okay. They will work with your schedule. Room for advancement is easily accessible.

Cons

The pay is not equal to the responsibilities/ requirements of the job. Rules do not apply to everyone.

Pros

Some of the pros of being a FedEx Express Ramp Agent include: amazing pay, outstanding benefits, and - not to mention - you are working for an absolutely supportive company!

Cons

The only downside to being an FX Ramp Agent is that the job can get stressful and (considering the conditions) potentially long, demanding hours...HOWEVER, taking the 'Pros' into account, these 'Cons' honestly aren't bad at all.
