Pros

FedEx offers some great medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement benefits that you'd be hard pressed to find at other companies with part-time employment. Even as a full-time employee, I am able to have many of my needs met, and am able to climb the corporate ladder if I so wish. There are many opportunities for advancement within the company.

Cons

The company culture can be toxic. Very much based upon a "reactive" and not "proactive" attitude towards solving and preventing problems. Generally when speaking with people, you hear more negative feedback about current situations rather than anything positive. This type of culture can wear you down over time, and can make even hard workers not want to work here anymore.

Benefits, Opportunities are pretty good, help with schooling. raises are consistent. Overall great place to start a career.

Cons

Hardly any full-time positions, some people can't deal with the conditions that come with the job.
