Pros

Hours are there in surplus if you want to work them. Good benefits. Good and bad co-workers. Good and bad management. The hub itself is going down hill a little but you can make a definite career and make pretty decent money with no education really. Just be willing to work hard and play the game of becoming buddies with different managers.

Cons

I’m at work way too much for my taste. Hate the environment. Lots of overly stressed, grumpy Ramp Agents. So many lazy employees. Tired of doing everyone else’s job at the end of the day. People just dip out and show up late and never get fired. So if you’re one to stick around until the job is done then you’ll be doing a lot of everyone else’s jobs. Plus side though is I get easy hours and a good paycheck.
