Poor work and life balance, constantly changing job expectations and challenges, expensive food facilities, rigid security norms, inept safety reporting system, either capable and knowledgeable or inept and confrontational management

Pros

consistent work, safety is a priority, excellent structure, tuition reimbursement, easy to get OT hours

Cons

performance does not equal pay. Must wait years and years to get tiny little raises based on seniority. Job satisfaction will depend on who you work with.
