Decent pay for the job.

You’re just a number. There is no value shown for loyalty or excellent performance. It doesn’t matter if you can do a task in half the time and a better job than the ten other people standing beside you. They treat every employee the same, regardless of efficiency, safety, or loyalty to the company.
