Stable company to work for, opportunity for lots of lateral moves and some upward mobility. Constantly changing direction and plans, keeps things from getting stale or boring. Lots of tenured employees. Great work/life balance if you work for the right manager! There are a few who are not at all flexible, but they are not the majority.

Cons

Well below the national average or even the national minimum for salaries based on job titles and descriptions, very little opportunity for raises that even cover the cost of living, bonuses are minimal. Not necessarily a fun or exciting environment to work in, it's more old-fashioned and straight-laced, with minimal interaction between departments.
