Different every day. You run store as your own. Can make your own schedule, You can set the own task list. good Health care, And Vacation plan. Learned a lot.

Cons

It has turns into a Retail vs. Custom specialty shop. Pay is not to the standards of the Retail. by 10k to 15k. Hard to take vacations due to staffing model. Staffing is over worked and training good just to much info. before you can doe your job effectually. Printing is a dying market
