      Pros

      FedEx Office is a very proactive, forward thinking company that has provided me with a chance to really focus on my professional development. The management really cares about their employees and is supportive of ideas and encourages a collaborative environment. The management also is supportive of their employees having a positive work/life balance which is a huge pro for me. The benefits are some of the best I have had also. Very competitive with compensation.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that there is a 90 day waiting period to be enrolled for benefits.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot of things. Schedules are flexible and you always get to work 40 hours a week. Good vacation and paid sick leave. Good pay for a retail. Awesome medical and dental benefits.

      Cons

      Off and on busyness. That's it.

      Glass ceiling as it relates to career advancement. Sales and Marketing positions at more senior levels may require you to move to another state.
