Pros

If you're looking for a part time job this is one of the best. Great pay and short shifts. Very professional management.

Cons

If you have trouble working in a fast paced environment this is not for you. Production oriented and they will let you know if you're not cutting it.

Good pay for a part time job, relaxed work environment, doesn't take a whole lot of thought process, easy for students

Cons

No real growth in the company that's worth it, night hours suck, outside work so have to deal with the cold in the winter and heat in the summer. Dirty job

Paid well for a job that requires no past experience, work is mostly unsupervised unless they see you do somethingwrong, very good benefits for a part time job

Cons

hard work doesn't getyou promoted, being friends with the supers does, you'll get screwed when freight is slow (as few as 2-3 hours day ifyou're used to 6), only 2nd and 3rd shifts are available as a dockworker, hard to move up
