Favoritism, no flexibility with schedule, supervisors mistreat employees, no room for growth. Not a career just another job.

Very simple, easiest money I have ever made, supervisors make the job fun.

Cons

Supervisors play favorites; sometimes for the right reasons, but still. Inconsistent accountability is held on associates. Attitudes of supervisors can switch quick.

If you're looking for a part time job this is one of the best. Great pay and short shifts. Very professional management.

Cons

If you have trouble working in a fast paced environment this is not for you. Production oriented and they will let you know if you're not cutting it.
