Pros

Good pay, not very hard job, ask for help and you will get it.

Cons

Hours worked depends on how much freight is coming in and going out. I would get a call the that I was suppose and told not to come in usually about 1hr - 30mn before your shift would start. On some of the days that I worked it only be for about 2 or 3 hrs. I was averaging about 15hrs a week. Make sure a second source of income

Love it here, I can honestly say its the best job I've Ever had. Great Benefits. Great Pay. As a person with a High School Diploma I make more than most with College degrees. I average 1400 a week take home and Im middle of the pack on Seniority Driver Board. New Equipment. Off every weekend. Paid on all holidays.

Cons

Long Hours. Have to work Dock if you Don't travel more then 200 miles 1 way when you get to your destination.

supervisor thought the job was about him,gets very angry for no reason and management can not do anything about it ,he can even shout at his superiors and nothing is done. worst place to work .
