Pros

Good start pay I think you get periodic raises Forklifts are fun to drive

Cons

It can definitely be dangerous at times. When you're unloading a trailer and everything inside has shifted during transit, sometimes you are at a real risk of something falling on you. It is also sketchy when you have to climb onto a deck and try to balance yourself while tying in freight. I feel pretty vulnerable to getting injured when I'm at work. Besides the danger, and the wear and tear that can be put on your body, there aren't many things i dislike about this place. Also the training was a terrible experience.

Pros

They are very flexible and definitely value their employees. I always enjoyed going to work every day.

Cons

The work is timed so that can get a bit annoying. There is also very low forgiveness for late clock-ins.

Pros

Being employed. There are decent wages and benefits, but expect to be used up.

Cons

As mentioned in other posts, long hours expected. If you are salaried you can expect to work a minimum 10-hour day without any type of break including meal breaks. You are also expected to come in on weekend days to perform functions that you can not possibly squeeze in on a regular work day. Abuse of salaried-exempt employees is the norm working for this company, the company will squeeze you for everything you'v got and want even more.
