Pros

2 week off, day shifts, good infrastructure, backend and voice separate processes.

Cons

Tremendously less salary, only good for career beginners, no hikes in salaries after joining, I have seen people who are working from last 16 years but still has salary of 18k in pune

Love that FedEx ground is felon friendly and very energetic employees love my experience with this company.

Cons

I think the only thing is the long walk to your car on break other than that it's well managed.
