The company has terrible management and because they can't hire and keep employees they force tenured employees to work nights and weekends. Management is planning to do rebids annually which means you are assigned a shift not based on your hard work or experience, but based on your seniority in your team. Because they pay management so poorly, most of the facilitators are uneducated and have no professional experience outside of Custom Critical. People are promoted to satisfy affirmative action requirements.
