To many to list. But before you decide to work for this company understand that I have worked for them for three years, and at this moment, I would rather work at McDonalds than deal with the stress, harassment, and resentment that I deal with on a daily basis for co-workers and management.

Mon-Fri, no weekends, finish by 5 PM. Ability to make decent commission. Freedom to make most of your own business decisions.

Cons

Pay is considerably lower than competitors, micro managed while management champions independence, products are much harder to sell due to cost compared to competitors.
