Lots to do with little pay

Pros

You get to work with some really great and smart women. You get a lot of experience. You get to work for a fortune 500 company so that on your resume is nice.

Cons

You get a lot on your plate for very little pay. It always felt like a boys club. More stressful due to other unorganized people in the org. The company only cares about the stores, so if you are working in the office, you can do the same thing somewhere else and get paid way more.

Broken Promises

Business Outlook

Pros

Good for entry level sales

Cons

Was completely lied to regarding the position in the interview. Got a promotion very quickly and actually earned less because of their terrible commission structure. Asked for a raise after 1 year and was told we don’t do raises by the district manager. So if you need to pay a mortgage this isn’t the place to work.

Pros

Great people, culture, and core values.

Cons

They understaff to the point of employee burnout. There is no way to anonymously report issues, and when you do nothing gets solved. So decentralized that it causes issues once employees talk to each other and see how differently teams are treated.
