Pros

- Flexible work schedule - Good pay relative to other part-time jobs +Started at $8.50 hourly and was raised to $10.00 after ~18 months - Given more responsibility than most jobs - Good resume builder - Developed some sales/telephone skills

Cons

- Work can be repetitive - Often dealt with customers who are not very bright - Required you to dress semi-business casual but often got dirty on the job - Long hours, stores are typically open 7:30am - 5:00pm

Pros

Great pay you get paid to drive around and talk to people but its definitely a sales job if your not self motivated you need not apply. Good benefits unlimited earning potential don't believe people on here once again if you get sour and don't stay motivated your not gonna make squat bit if you keep pushing and growing you'll do great people may not believe this but I'm making right at 6 figures not common but can be done if you develops your business dont give up when you here NO!! Or Fastenal sucks Grainger is great and most of all you manage your time efficiently

Cons

The setup of the stores not as nice as I would like them, the computer systems need work interactions suck but if you get them done your golden . Lots of bad attitudes from fellow employees so you really have to stay motivated this job is all on you but you get paid for it

Pros

The only reason to work here is to gain industry experience then move on to a company that appreciates hard work

Cons

They have tremendously high turnover, it's a revolving door. They just this year decided to try to compensate managers so they wouldn't lose as many, but didn't take into consideration they've been screwing seasoned managers to the point many want to quit.
