      Some freedom allowed. Good potential to move up in the company.

      Training could be better. Better communication from leadership to field level is needed.

      Worked in small retail store. Also made delivers to companies.

      Pros

      Good real world work experience. Pay is good for a college student. Experience looks really good on resume. Would recommend working there.

      Cons

      Clients are blue collar and often rude. Although opportunities after college are available, pay is rather poor. This causes a high turn over rate within the company.

      Pros

      There are a lot of motivated people who are easy to work with. If you're looking for a company that cares about its community and giving back to those in need, this organization is for you.

      Cons

      Management could improve communication with its employees based on what their job responsibilities entail. I disliked having two departments telling me to follow two different sets of directions.
