      Pros

      flexible hours, good people, customers are down to earth and come to you. the manager in my case is really good and i enjoy working there a lot.

      Cons

      there aren't much of cons, the only thing i can think of is if you didn't know anything about construction materials you would definitely struggle trying to get to know the products your working with. There is a lot of products.
