Overtime possibilities. Most employees are easy to get along with.

Cons

Overtime required. Management is always on their high horse. No matter what you have done in your life it comes off as they don't respect any of it when you are a new hire.

Worked with nice people. Learned a lot about sales, customer service, and construction supplies. Got a lot of responsibility at a young age.

Cons

Corporate culture is the worst. District manager made it hell to work there. Policy of NO Raises. I started at $9/hr and ended at $9/hr three years later.

Pay is okay, great job for a college grad or someone looking for a good structure. A lot of branch and district managers are supportive and helpful, you can really advance if you put effort in.

Cons

Depending where you are, advancement opportunity may not be as easy as in other locations with a lot of stores and growth. Also, not all branch or district managers are good at their jobs.
