Loved the people I worked with and met a lot of contacts.

Met a lot of networking contacts. It was Monday thru Friday. No nights no weekends always a plus. Some trainings to build upon and resume builder.

Cons

The district manager was a pompous ass. Don't kiss ass don't expect to have a job very long.

Entry level opportunities, learning sales. Good stores can be a great place to learn the ropes. If you can get in with the right people you can get a job that can be a career.

Cons

No recognition for the abilities of employees. Everyone is looked at based on how long they have been with fastenal or who they know. If you don't get hired for the exact position you want or have experience in you better start making friends with the right people.
