Good company with some good people, but overworked and underpaid.

Pros

Get to meet a ton of interesting people and can really develop skills if you want to leave the company. Good people and it is pretty fun as long as you work hard.

Cons

Sometimes goals are unrealistic because of previous years spot buys. Trying to grow over a big order from the year before can lower your pay significantly because you dont get paid crap on residual business, you have to grow to get a decent paycheck. Also, getting docked pay on a lower margin isn't fair because you couldve turned down the sale and made more money on your paycheck. Pay your employees more and restructure commission on residual business.

Flexible work hours for college students and pretty decent pay for college students. Also, the company is very committed to growth of their employees.

Cons

Nothing really negative to say about the company. However, I did discover that sales positions are not for me.
