Perfect college student hourly job, but that's about it.

Pros

Management does its best to work with your school schedule and get you the hours you want. You can't typically beat a $10/ hr job as a college student.

Cons

If you want a raise, you'll have to fight for it, or spend quite some time with the company. If you want to move up in the company, you better graduate with a degree that interests them or be ready to quit school... That is all..

lots of experience and training. a good 7 to 4 work schedule and weekends off. ideal if you have kids. also a pretty good earning potential if your store is in a good district.

Cons

the only way you can move up is through sales. You have to be a very sales oriented person although you do get a good base salary. The commision is very complex and could be confusing and the pay is not to competitive for the amount of work.
