Cons

Was never given proper training Constantly short staffed which forced me to take on 3-4 different roles. Delivery driver, Outside Sales rep, Inside sales rep, and overall Store manager all at once. Was managing the store while only working part time for an entire month - NO MANAGER IN PLACE WITH ONLY 2 PART TIME EMPLOYEES! Complete disorganized

Pros

Great training and general knowledge of how to run a business. Good stepping stone company to start at.

Cons

Your commission structure seems to change every quarter. So often you never really understood how it worked. District Managers never pay you what you are worth regardless of your score card.

Pros

We are everywhere with the ability to adequately service customers large and small.

Cons

Pay is way below average which translates to high turnover as employees leave for better paying jobs. Claims to be decentralized but that is quickly changing. Branch managers are losing more and more if the decision making ability that once made us great. Margin is slipping and upper management doesn't understand we have just about tapped out the 50% market. They fail to realize freight as a line item in an invoice is very unappealing to customers. We are high in price and you want us to charge freight. Wonder why growth has slowed???
