      Pros

      Employee discount was nice Educational program was cool. Learned a ton about industrial products

      Cons

      Management made promises then 6 months later took back what they promised. Huge pay difference in employee vs store manager.

      -Good out of college job to gain experience, - Working your own store, not much oversight to day to day activities

      Cons

      Turnover, lack of direction, low pay, not great benefits, one of the biggest things is that everyday something changes, one month company will focus on one thing then the next another. You never get a general idea of where you need to head to grow your business. Lack of a full-time staff makes it hard to gain new business, because not enough time to make quality sales jobs.. No commission on sales below 20% margin even though most of those sales are national accounts that you have no say in the pricing.

      It was a good place to learn and get promoted.

      Cons

      Long hours, looking at 50 plus hours easily without much compensation until you become a manager or national accounts.
