Decent pay if you hit your growth numbers.

Cons

Management is extremely out of touch. Favoritism heavily impacts decision making.... Unrealistic sales expectations.... There is a reason that the turn over rate is so high.

Not much - you work with some pretty good people if you're lucky Pretty good training program No weekends

Cons

Ever changing (unreal) expectations, decent turnover...very much worried about stakeholders, not necessarily employees Hubs are consistently messing up orders, however the employee support line is usually pretty quick to remedy. Probably because they get so much experience
