Good learning experience, good work hours

Cons

Expensive insurance that isnt that good. No communication within the company. Promised bonusus and reviews that dont come and never happen. They dont seem to care about the good employees and seem to cater to the ones that really should have been fired a long time ago. Promoting from within happens but some of the people they choose to promote are not the best candidate. Getting worse as the years go by

Pay is decent and everyone that is not a manager is nice. A lot of hours available to work if you need to work around school and such

Cons

You are told that you have opportunities to move up in the company but you are never given them. They do anything they can to make sure you don't get a raise to keep costs low and they DO NOT care about your health at all. The atmosphere is draining and they have the attitude that you're expendable and they don't care if you're okay. This is one of the main reasons why they are so short staffed because everyone that was hired and worked here for more than a month realized how completely awful this company truly is.
