Freedom, co-workers, schedule flexibility, no weekends!! pay $12 hourly, speaking with engineers, purchasing agents, Oracle MIS system

Cons

Inventory mgmt, being a grunt, being left out of team meetings, understaffed, don't get invited to golf outings, barely had time to do any online trainings

Good learning experience, good work hours

Cons

Expensive insurance that isnt that good. No communication within the company. Promised bonusus and reviews that dont come and never happen. They dont seem to care about the good employees and seem to cater to the ones that really should have been fired a long time ago. Promoting from within happens but some of the people they choose to promote are not the best candidate. Getting worse as the years go by
