      You get a small bit of freedom to run your own book of business. They try to promote from within if possible.

      Cons

      Make you keep very long hours and do not pay very well. Claim to care about employees but only care about sales dollars.

      Environment that you feel good when working with the people within the company. Great team works when come to provide solution to customer. Great solution products that are able to provide good cost saving to the customer, it is easy for customer to open the door for sales

      People has to be very capable on multi-tasking, you are not only need to expert within the job scope, you need to beyond that to be able to have career advancement.
