Just an all around bad place to work

Pros

I worked in every aspect of the company: operations, sales, and finance. A good stepping stone and resume builder.

Cons

The pay is just awful. I could do the same job at any of our competitors and make 15-20k more a year. Upward mobility is becoming limited as a result of a struggling share price and slower growth.
