1.) Good flexibility in office hours 2.) Good Pay 3.) Good work culture in most of the teams (yet to be improved in few teams)

Cons

1.) Some teams are completely toxic in terms of treating the employees, completely filled with regional bias and this's for just few teams. 2.) Comparitively less hikes than expected. 3.) No freedom to express our thoughts.

Great company and people to work with. Work life balance is very good, Managers and team members are extremely understanding. After 3-6 months you can start a hybrid work schedule, 2 days remote 3 days in office.

Cons

The pay is mediocre, no bonuses, and benefits are not competitive.

Matches your pace, flexible day planning, weekends off, very little overhead pressure, get to drive around in the company truck, time outside, decent pay

Cons

Shady salary negotiations ( make sure you find out what the exact number is you're getting paid before accepting an offer - they pulled a fast one on me and had me sign a document with no pay information on it and next thing I knew they said I agreed to my salary), HR is not very useful
