Pros
There are many friendly people and great resources at Fabletics HQ. There's always someone willing to talk with you about professional & personal development. Most teams are patient and willing to teach you the ins and outs of the company. Great benefits and environment like having employee resource groups, summer Fridays and unlimited PTO.
Cons
They haven't been flexible about their return to office. They expect everyone to come back to work within 1 month of announcing it every time. I understand it's the nature of how they do business, but it seems like they're putting having bodies in an office building before the health and well being of their employees. Also, while managers are great people; they can be under developed. A lot of managers need additional training on how to be effective communicators and teachers when it comes to onboarding.
