      Pros

      One of the things that stands out to me the most is the healthy work environment. I was expecting it to be sort of toxic, but I was pleasantly surprised.

      Finding last-minute coverage can be a hassle.

      Genuine care and connection from peers and managers, people are loyal to the company so there is a high retention rate and high caliber of work once you really start to get up there, flexible hours in remote roles

      Cons

      Slow career path trajectory, promotions are usually based on what's best for the company not what's best for the individual
