I was a trainee in FDM Group SG. - Trainers are not aware of materials that they are teaching - just read off the slides - When you are back on the bench, you are expected to report everyday on what you are upskilling on, and when you are upskilling trainers may randomly pick you to present. This presents a very disruptive up skilling experience as now you have to take time off to prepare a PowerPoint deck on what you up skilled on that benefits absolutely no one. - Everything hinges on consultants and consultants only. Trainers do not provide materials to upskill nothing to show for the exorbitant trainee fees that we paid, we source for the upskilling materials ourselves and also prepare presentation to the trainers which seems very unnecessary - HR makes A LOT of mistakes and very unprofessional. No formal email is sent on the mistakes, you have to take accountability for the mistakes HR makes.
