The people you train with are friendly and helpful.
Cons
They bombard you with a lot of training and expect you to remember it all. They understand it is impossible to learn it all. The exam consists of simple true/false tests that you can work collaboratively in a group to do to pass. The training is an utter waste of time. There is also 0 opportunities for Risk, Regulation and Compliance. We are coming to the end of training and no one has been placed. The group that started a month before us also has not been placed. You will finish training and then wait for 3 months for no job to come, and then will be let go by FDM Group. They are just burning money. There are only Business Analyst roles and PMO roles. No roles for Risk, regulation, and compliance.
