Pros

There are lots of fake reviews here already. I don't want to make up something that is untrue.

Cons

- Very limited roles/ opportunities in a consultancy - Account managers will force you to accept icky roles which could be 100% unrelated to your stream, you will be in trouble if you don't accept - Unpleasant working environment: Constant gaslighting and PUA by account managers, HR and trainers - No bonus and required consultants to work overtime, no real ALs - Fresh grads are likely to be discriminated these days, no longer a good starting point - Bullying is commonplace and part of their business model

Pros

Some of the people you work with

Cons

The U.K. management, The U.K. management, The U.K. management. I am so sick of seeing the millionaire COO who pays her workers poorly post continuously on LinkedIn about flexible working, diversity and supporting women from her Scottish estate. The very day that covid restrictions ended everyone was forced back into the office even those who were living with vulnerable people, with no flexibility. It’s absolutely the worst place I’ve ever worked in terms of culture.

Pros

- Foot in the door when you are desperate - Get to meet some good people because you are all on the same boat - Have a chance to internalise after 2 years of work if you like the company you are placed

Cons

- Slightly above minimum wage - Contract Exit Fee of 30k for 2 years - Account managers giving massive pressure while allowing a few people to have interviews at a time - You might end up in a role you never wanted/trained to be, regretting 2 years of your life thinking that you should've put more effort into finding or joining another company - Once on the site, you are on your own - More than half of your Overtime pay goes to FDM, literally demotivating and making you quetion yourself why you need to work overtime Perfect company and recommend it for those who : - have never had IT experience or qualification, and desperately looking for a career chance in IT working at a big company - want to experience what IT outsourcing company is like. I know some people are happy with that
